Why this matters

The way people phrase questions to an AI is naturally close to an interrogative sentence. Headings that match that phrasing are noticeably more likely to be retrieved.

How to fix it

Which advice applies depends on what the audit found. The label is the condition that triggers it.

  Split the content by the questions a reader would ask and use <h2>/<h3> for each section.

• none

  Turn noun-phrase headings into the wording of a user question — "Configuration" becomes "How do I configure XX?".

• few

  Pick a few more sections and rewrite their headings as the matching user question.

Other Answerability rules

• The opening states the conclusion
• Paragraph size suits chunking
• Has lists or tables that are easy to lift
• Deep enough to be worth citing
